Dear City Wide, 

Just wanted to tell you how happy I am that I had City Wide install my new Bryant furnace back in January.  My house has never been more comfortable.  I have also noticed big savings on my power bill since it was installed.  My first call to City Wide was several years ago when I needed an AC check.  The tech that looked at my AC unit never tried to sell me something that I did not need nor did he try to talk me into a replacement.  That is whey I decided to call this year when my furnace was starting to show signs of failing. 

The tech that came to my house initially gave the same level of service.  He did not try to sell me something that I did not need nor start replacing parts on the unit when it was not absolutely clear that that would solve the problem.  I asked him about replacement and he had a quote for me within minutes, not hours or days.  The quote was well below what I expected to pay for a new unit so I went with the replacement. 

When the day came to replace the unit (15 degrees below zero) you were right on time.  They had the furnace installed so quickly that the house never even got cold.  They also were able to route the air intake and return lines where I wanted them.  Great job on both the furnace and the water heater and leaving the area clean when they were finished. 

I will be highly recommending City Wide when neighbors and friends inquire about my new furnace.  It is refreshing to do business with a company that delivers what I need at a fair price without any surprises or up-charges.
